[FW-1] SC Office Mode - Users not getting IP address



I have users using SecureClient NG FP3 HF1 (build 53515) connecting to a FP3
HF2 firewall. SC is configured with Office Mode supplying addresses from a
DHCP server. For some reason, clients sometimes do not get assigned an IP
address. I have not seen any error messages or anything else that looks
funny when this happens. Everything looks good on the client except that it
did not get an Office Mode IP address. This does not happen all of the time,
only occasionally. It looks like it only happens when the user moves
networks (or possibly when the computer's real IP address changes). If the
user disconnects and reconnects, they always get an IP address the second
time. Has anyone else seen this issue?
