Re: [FW-1] CISSP certification

Last I looked the official study guide was nothing more than a list of
objectives which is actually a list of the areas which you should already
have extensive knowledge. Unlike other exams, the CISSP requires proof of 4
years on the job experience in IT security, your credentials are open to
audit and if you pass, you will need another CISSP to vouch for your
experience as well. The test covers all ten domains of IS Security in
detail. You can expect questions in every area. The test is NOT "online" and
is offered at locations chosen by ISC2 only. It is a paper exam, 250
multiple choice, multiple answer questions in which you are given 6 hours to
complete. If you are knowledgeable in all you should be, it should only take
~2hrs. This is the most highly respected security certification presently
obtainable. I added the CISSP to my certification arsenal early in the
year.
