Hi Curtis,

Using export/import utils you can move the rules etc except the VPN user
database.
You can download the above utils from
http://www.checkpoint.com/ngupgrade/howtoupgrade/index.html
I just did yesterday from one management Dell h/w to new management HP
h/w and NG FP3 without any hotfix and am able to push policy on the
enforcement module.
