Vic, Do a cplic print from the command prompt, do you see a license like CPVP-VSC--NG ??? If not you are at least missing the SecureClient license and yes this should be purchased separately, only the SecuRemote license is free. One of those is Desktop Security, (another is VPN, etc). Also, I have a tab across my Dashboard view for Desktop Security, I have rules defined. I can install the policy, and checkbox the Desktop Security Policy and it installs with no problem. What do I need to do to fix the above error message?
