Yep. IPSO 3.7 does it. AFAIK it should work with SecurePlatform too...

However, be careful. Transparent mode is something you can use with the
risk of losing some of the security checks that no firewall can deal with
for
the simple reason of the way layer 2 works and how proxy-arp works.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, look for HUNT on Google,
and see... :-)

I think that it's worth to spend some more time always on doing the
necessary modifications to have the gateway mode (the "nromal" mode)
in place, instead of the transparent/bridge mode...

Haven't verified yet but in Nokia IPSO 3.7, there's a configuration page
for bridge mode, which in turn runs with Checkpoint NG, as stated in the
Onlinedocumentation of IPSO 3.7. This documentation has also some
examples to view.

Yes. It has the ability to work as a Transparent Firewall (Proxy Arp).
However, it is only possible with Linux.
