Yes, I am sure.
And also I got the following information by "cphaprob" and "cpstat ha".
bash-2.03# cphaprob stat
Working mode:   Service
Number     Unique Address  State
1 (local)  192.168.1.2     active
2          192.168.1.1     active

bash-2.03# cpstat ha
Product name: High Availability
Version:      NG Feature Pack 3
Status:       OK
HA installed: 1
Working mode: Sync only
HA started:   yes

Any idea?
BTW, must the SmartCenter Server locate on the sync network?
