Hi Steffen,
This error shows that the linker cannot find the shared library holding
your pthread procedures.
You must install the pthread library and be sure that the libthread.so.1
is in a valid path for the linker (i.e. /lib )

found (required by file ./upgrade_export)
I am running SunOS 5.6 Generic_105181-32 sun4u sparc SUNW with VPN-1(TM)
Version 4.1 Build 41623 and want to export to NG AI with upgrade tools
B54000029.
