As was mentionned in the other reply CSP, has nothing to do with CCSx,
but to become CSP you need some CCSE's on board.

Once more as mentionned in the other reply you don't have access to the
HFA's unless your distributor/reseller/partner/whatever tell you there is
a new one, and even like this you are never sure, the KB article is often
behind by one or two HFA's ... the last one we down-loaded is HFA_315.
