Thanks, Had an idea that I'd need to slap myself on the forehead when someone gave me the answer. Has to do with conforming to HTTP1.1 spec (RFC2068), though the setting can be changed as you suggested. The details are in Q183110 or: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=http://support.microsoft.com: 80/support/kb/articles/q183/1/10.asp&NoWebContent=1 Thanks for the help. Andrew -----Original Message----- From: Reinhard Stich [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, 10 July 2003 9:17 a.m. hi, do you use internet-exlorer for downloading files? this is an internet-explorer limitation, not a checkpoint one. I'm sure there are settings in IE where you can chage that. cheers reinhard -----UrsprÃngliche Nachricht----- Von: Read, Andrew [mailto:[email protected]] Hi All, Just something that has bugged me for a long time. I've never been able to have more than 2 concurrent FTP downloads from 1 site. I'm on NG FP3 Secureplatform, but same thing used to happen on 4.1/NT4 All HTTP outbound traffic is hidden behind the firewall's external IP address. I have a niggling feeling this is something simple I've overlooked.
