Hi,

I have a Secureplatform/FW-1 NG FP-3 with both Smartcenter and Firewall
on the same
machine and i want to move management to a separate machine. I have
installed a separate
managment server with Solaris 9/ NG AI and manually copied the rulebase,
objects and so.
What is the best way to change managementserver from the standalone to
the separated?

I know i have to reinitalize SIC on the firewallmodule and redo SIC to
the new managementserver
but i also have to make the present firewall/management into a clean
firewall-module. How do i
remove mangement from the firewall on the best way?

Best Regards
Petra
