in case you didn't know, there is a (seems to be new according to the site) tool posted on the link below, which is announced as an automatic tool to generate network objects. playing with it, seems to do the job, unfortunately seems not supported by checkpoint according to included readme file. however another thing that does, is converting pix and netscreen configurations to a checkpoint configuration...
