Kazaa is P2P, so blocking server IP's would be a never ending game

I am using websense for http filtering and there are 3 premium groups
(which costs extra!!) In the groups there is a section for peer to peer
blocking. It does a much deeper packet inspection with the premium
groups and it is supposed to find/stop any tunneling under http. Before
we purchased the premuim groups I seached and found a number of servers
that kazza was using and blocked them outbound and inbound, but since
kazaa can perform tunneling by utilizing any port (http,dns,ssh...etc)
allowed threw the firewall "outbound". This makes it very difficult to
lock it down since there are a number of ports that are open for other
services.
