Hi, I have configured Static NAT for a partcular IP, and curently have enabled all the ports - services. I am able to acess thepc from the internet without any problems. I need to block all other ports except some like VNC - 5800, 5900. I have enabled these two ports for the particular machine. Now when I try to access the PC through internet browser (IE) with the port number 5800, I get the login dialog box. When I enter the password I get an error " java.net NoRouteToHostException. " The solution to this problem is prescribed as enabling 58xx and/or 59xx ports. I have created two a new tcp-service for the prost 5800-5900 and 5900-6000 and also have allowed the access to these services But still I am unable to acess the pc. Can someone tell me where am I going wrong ? Can I have only java-enabled vnc viewer acess to the pc while blocking the 5900 port acess ? Please help. Thank You, Vijay Kumar. ================================================= To set vacation, Out Of Office, or away messages, send an email to [email protected] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [email protected] =================================================
