Eww. FTP over SSL is an entirely different beast. I do not think that this
will work. We call know that FTP uses separate TCP connections for data
transfer. To have FTP work through a firewall, especially one doing NAT, the
firewall has to not only be able to read the command channel, but it has to
be able to modify it. Obviously, if your command channel is encrypted, the
firewall can do neither of these things.
