[FW-1] Secure Client FP3 affects windows GINA

We seem to be experiencing a problem with FP3 that was present in FP1. This problem was removed in FP2 but appears to have reappeared.
Initially, SecureClient NG FP2 was installed on the windows 2000 system along with the
Novell 4.11 Client. At this stage the Novell logon window was correctly displayed
when booting Windows, allowing Novell network use and "Workstation Only"
modes.

Upgraded SecureClient to NG FP3. After rebooting, the Novell logon screen
had been replaced by the standard Windows 2000 logon screen. The Novell
client starts once this screen has been passed (by entering the details for
a local user account. eg. administrator)

Uninstalled SecureClient NG FP3, but the problem still existed.

Reinstalled SecureClient NG FP2, but the problem still existed.

Have now reinstalled NG FP3, but the problem still exists.
