You can do load sharing on the Nokia. VRRP
supports this for sure. You cannot do this with VRRP monitored circuit, which
is probably what you are currently using. The availability section of Check
Point’s config relates to ClusterXL
only if I am not mistaken. Read on Nokia’s support site. They have a
resolution for load sharing…You have to have a valid Nokia contract to
access their knowledge base. As an aside, you’ll all be happy to know
that NG FP4 will support load balancing with unicast
addresses. In the past, you needed multicast… YAY!

Isn't load sharing set in
the Gateway cluster "availability Mode" section of checkpoint?
Is vrrp working for you at the moment? We have two Nokia IP440 firewalls
with 12 interfaces on them each and am running the gateway cluster in High
Availability mode. It is working for us and the cluster
syncronization is working fine. How did you setup your firewalls?
