Not from FP3, but from FP2.  Should be same issues.  Not really
a true migration path however.  You're really just building a
new firewall.  You can zip up the conf directory and copy it over
to maintain your objects and rulebase.  Basically, the steps are
as follows:

Install _minimal_ base OS.
Harden your OS (see Lance Spitzners Armoring Solaris)
Configure interfaces/networks
Establish routing/nameservice (nsswitch.conf,resolv.conf,defaultrouter)
Install Checkpoint packages
Obtain and install Motif GUI license
Add static host routes
Copy over existing firewall configuration
Reboot
Pray  ;)
