On a Nokia / CP 4.1 - I am activating an interface using Voyager and it won't start. I defined it as a 172.13.16.1 / 24 100mb / full duplex. The Interface is cabled to a switch / to a server. The link lights stay red. The cable checks out ok doing a loop back test. Shouldn't it automatically start if all the connections are ready? I never had a problem before doing this. Any ideas on what to check?
