Hi, Joerg, Thanks for reply. The problem is when I opened the saved and closed the window. The window still remains blank when re-open. Any ideas? I would open the installed policy from file and explicitely save it back to the mgmt. I opened the latest policy and installed it. I confirmed the running policy is what I installed. When I closed the window and opened up again, the rule set disappeared again. Just wonder if there is any way to fix this. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
