The tool that generates logs for program crashes is called Dr. Watson.

Run the command "drwtsn32" to pull up the interface for it.  From there
you can read the Help information if you're interested to learn more
about the tool.

The Log File Path shows where the crash logs are stored.  This is mostly
what you'll want to read.

Actually, unless you are a code developer, this file won't make much
sense, but you can send it to CheckPoint and see if they can make sense
of it.
