I've actually seen this when the console port is
just attached - try unplugging the console port, letting it boot up and then
reconnecting the console port. You should be fine then!

install
It's specific to Win2k. Try another term package and you should
be fine, it's not a Nokia or Checkpoint issue.
Actually, we noticed that this happens whenever we use
HyperTerminal on Windows 2000. It doesn't happen when using Windows NT or
Windows 9X.

Are you using HyperTerminal (built-in Windows
client) to console into the IP330? There is an issue with
HyperTerminal sending the wrong ESC sequence. Try using another
terminal software package such as SecureCRT to console in and set the
handshaking to none.

Nokia 330 install
Hello,
I'm trying to configure a Nokia
IP330 right out of the box. However, the booting process doesn't get
very far. Every time I boot it up, it goes to the BIOS. How can I
install an IPSO if I can't even approach the Nokia?
Please
help.
