Well I looked into archives again and then I came across cpd not starting problems related to this matter . Then I found that starting script for firewall was not starting at boot , After script is in proper place this problem vanished .

Load balancing config .
But even my failover funtion is not working with stonebeat , but this list may not be right for this discussion , I have to find out stonebeat fullcluster Mailing list for this .

for problem no 2 .
rule no 6 , well I can try it putting as rule no 1 . but in smartracker the drop messages does not contain the rule no by which it has dropped the packet .
