You're right in that,

But my worry is that CP will try to secure the REAL nics too, since they
still show up as individual interfaces.  In other words, I will have the
following NICs/virtual NICs once I have it all set up:

Internet Link NIC
DMZ Physical NIC #1
DMZ Physical NIC #2
DMZ Virtual Load Balanced NIC
Internal Physical NIC #1
Internal Physical NIC #2
Internal Virtual Load Balanced NIC

I want CP to ignore DMZ Physical NIC #1, DMZ Physical NIC #2, Internal
Physical NIC #1 and Internal Physical NIC #2.  TCP/IP is disabled on
these NICs.

As long as the OS [ win2k ] already find this virtual link[NIC bunddle ]
.. CP will also recognize that virtual link / NIC bunddle  :-)

hei .. BTW .. the Intel Pro can go up to 8 NICs to be bundled [ at least
one should be Intel Pro SERVER adapter ]
