I used to heard that if you only copy those directory, you have to
recreate VPN user. But I'm not sure that it'll work or not if you copy
all $FWDIR.

Hi all,
I want to test security policy backup and restore. What I did is
followed
Checkpoint document. Make a backup of the following files:
$FWDIR/conf/objects_5_0.C
$FWDIR/conf/*.W
$FWDIR/conf/rulebases.fws
$FWDIR/database/fwauth.NDB*
After I rebuild the firewall box, I copied these files to the proper
directory and restart the firewall, I can not get my VPN users restored.
Any idea about this?
