Re: [FW-1] secure platform/small office

With the IP you are using it sounds like you are getting the Linksys router
setup screen. You might want to take a look at the manual and it will walk
you though the setup.

ftp://ftp.linksys.com/pdf/befsr11_befsr41ug.pdf

Take a look at this to start with...

Thanks John

Subject: [FW-1] secure platform/small office

I installed secure platform and small office.

When i try to connect to https://192.168.1.1
(the default) i get no reply.

Connecting to http://192.168.1.1 gives me
a html window for authenticating to small office
configuration. Why is a unsecure WebServer there
and not a ssl web server as described in
the manual ?

When i type user:admin password:admin, then
authentication is given a not authorized.
I set up 3 times or more from beginning and
did not change any passwords of secure platform
(no admin nor expert-password).
Also with policy editor i get with admin/admin
a authentication error.

I am very helpless at the moment - can anybody
help me please

Thanks Helmar
