[FW-1] Fw-1 v4.1 and SecurID and SecureClient

Hi,

Having finally got FW-1 v4.1, Ace Server 5.0 and SecureClient operating
to a stage where I can change the PIN number for a user. I still can not
establish a VPN connection, I have defined a Policy Server to verify the
desktop settings however the PC running SecureClient does not reflect
this. Do I need a Policy Server license?
