I saw this error on an FP2 install where the module was named fw1 - changing it to firewall1 sorted it out.
Rename the object, fetch the topology and re-do your sic and the policy should install.

You're not allowed to have any objects with the word 'firewall' in them.
Rename any such objects prior to the upgrade, and this should get you
past this error.

I just upgraded my management station from 4.1sp5 to NG FP2. When I
connect to the management station with a gui client I see my rulebase
and objects but receive the following error message:
Internal error while handling object firewall_properties
Error in <lbalanced_load_period_wakeup_sec> in object
<firewall_properties> ->value <0> is out of range
What is this global setting and should I change it to some else
manually? Thanks
