Las aplicaciones que utilizan la familia H.323 son bidireccionales. Es decir, se originan conexiones en ambos extremos de la comunicaci'on. Para ello, debes tener reglas bidireccionales en tu pol'itica. Por ejemplo, si quieres comunicar el host A con el host B debes tener una regla con source A y B y destination A y B (y todos los servicio). We are implementing a solution of AVAYA (Avaya SoftPhone), this´s a Voice under IP solution.This solution use H.323, Q.....tcp/udp standars for VoiceunderIP. Testing internaly (without firewall) everything goes OK, but when we try to do it with a firewall in the middle, the application don´t run. The Log Viewer have ACCEPTED all traffic, but the application not run. I had see for internet people with the same problem...(Firewall Checkpoint and VoiceIP plattform) and they have problems too.
