[FW-1] out of band

I tried to configure FW-1 NG FP2 on an Nokia.
Now I want  to manage the nokia through a terminal server but
I have some problem with the out of band. When the console
cable connected the nokia stops at any reboot.
Have you some suggestions to avoid that feature.
