Yes, it works. I set this up for a client about a year ago. Netopia R9100 to FW-1 4.1 SP3. Worked like a champ. However, we experienced some problems where connections would fail, as the VPN connection was only used once per day to transfer files. We solved the problem by sending pings across the link every 5 minutes. (I'm being overly simplistic here -- I don't remember *exactly* what we diid)

Successes with this? Anyone? I have FW-1 NG VPN DES3 installed. I have a
Netopia IDSL router at a remote location. Has anyone had any success with
this? I haven't troubleshot it much, but I just wanted to know if it's worth
my trouble or if I should just do a Microsoft VPN from the NT server behind
the Netopia router.
