[FW-1] Firewall-1NG management over a generic tcp-relay

I want to connect our management module to the firewall-1 enforcement module
via a
linux-maschine (2 NICs) with xinetd as redirector (both NG).

                                        HUB

                                         I
                                 Management Module


Has anybody something like that already up and running ?

Any ideas or comments ?
