Hi pat,

I have done this and it works fine, but I also had a couple of problems, and had to update my Firewall to I think SP4 or SP5 I can't check cause it's at a client site. I had to update the IPSO on my Nokia too, enable to run the SP's so it was a bit tricky.

Subject: [FW-1] PPTP throught firewall-1

Hi,
i'm new on this mailing list and a young french network Administrator.

I just want to know if it is possible to make a PPTP connection through
Firewall-1 version 4.1 (CP 2000) SP1 ?
And how to make it work ??
I have create a "GRE" service (configure as match ip_p=47), a "GRE-Setup"
with port 1723 and a group PPTP for the two above...

I have also create 2 rules :

* any -> PPTPsrv with service PPTP-group : accept
* PPTPsrv -> any with service PPTP-group : accept

thanks for your help
