It gets an accept in the logger but nothing more.
I have defined a static NAT rule from the firewalls extrenal ip to the mailserver on the internal network, maybe it could be that where the problme starts.

That error usually means that you're SecuRemote client is trying to connect
to the firewall with the wrong type of encryption - either because you
haven't installed the correct version of SecuRemote, or because you haven't
enabled the correct encryption, or because you've not created the Rule for
SecuRemote connections correctly.
You should have a look at the GUI log on the Firewall because at the time
when the connection is taking place you should see some info which should
help you work out what's gone wrong.

Hi!
I have installed my securemote and vpn encryption license now but i get some
strange error while trying to connect to the external ip of the firewall.
I don´t know whats wrong.
Error: Communication with site x.x.x.x has failed
is the error message when trying to connect with SecuRemote client
Please help me i have searched all over for this but can´t find any answers
