Thanks, but I have run it many times. It ran automatically at the install
(I remember typing to generate the random seed), and I just recently used it
to re-sync one-time-passwords in order to set up communications with the
Management Server.

However, I did notice that I only get three choices (well, four including
the option to exit) at the 'cpconfig' menu,

  (1) Licenses
  (2) Random Pool
  (3) Secure Internal communications

  (4) Exit

Maybe that's a hint?
