[FW-1] Product fw-1 not configured.

I'm hoping this is an easy one, and I am just missing something obvious.
I've installed FW-1 on a Solaris 8 system that is going to function only
as an Enforcement Module. The Management Module can communicate with
the "SVN Foundation" (from the System Status GUI) so the very basic Check
Point stuff is up and running, but FW-1 is not. I cannot push policy to
the module. When the 'cpstart' command is run, among the output is,

  Product fw-1 not configured.

So how do I get it "configured?" There must be something really basic I'm
missing, but after looking over the documentation for a while now, I can't
seem to see what it is. Anyone have a hint? A pointer to where I lost my way?
