Subject: [FW-1] Migrating from SGW to Provider-1: cp_conf sic init does
not work

Hi all,

I am still trying to migrate an Single Gateway Firewall (NG FP2) to
Provider-1
(NG FP2). The Provider-1 Documentation says, that I have to downgrade my
machine
from an enforcement point with local management server to an enforcement
point
with remote management server.

I do a couple of cp_regedit commands and move ICA-dependent files to a
backup
location, but I fail in initializing the SIC (command "cp_conf sic init
<activation key>). The command just tells me "You cannot run sic cmds on
this
machine", but not why. The cpconfig command also does not show a point
to reset
reset the SIC.

Any Idea?

Thanks in advance
Marcus
