Create a "Garbage" service group.  Put stuff you always see on
lans (nb*, dhcp, bootp, etc), and put it before your other rules and
don't log it.

Do you have a reason to pass this stuff to the outside?  Unless
you have remote lans that need to browse your network, I would drop
all nb* stuff.
