This is because You're trying to use it on a SPARCstation 20. According to http://docs.sun.com/db?p=/doc/816-0559/6m71o2afs&a=view
a value of 768 in the ELF header indicates UltraSPARC extensions, and a SPARCstation 20 doesn't have an UltraSPARC processor. Time to get new hardware.
