Are you sure you typed in the shared key correctly? If you look at the PIX debugs ("debug crypto isa" and "debug crypto ipsec") while phase one takes place, do you see a line that says "attributes accepted"? I just followed the instructions in the document I found on Cisco site and this does not work. The negotiation of keys stops to Phase 1.
