[FW-1] SMTP Question

How would I set up a rule in FW-1 4.1 so that if a message comes into the FW
from an external IP with any of my domain names as the sender, I drop or
reject the message? I have no external users, so this should never occur. I
think this may help with my spam problem.

Also, does anyone know the implications of dropping or rejecting those
messages? Will it retry for 3 days and then send an undeliverable message?
If my user is the sender, will the undeliverable also bounce off my FW? I
think it may cause a mail loop somewhere if the sender and receiver are the
same address.

Any insight or suggestions welcome.
