[FW-1] Ultra-5 Firewall with NG and Solaris 8 ¿KO?or¿OK?

Hi friends:
 This is my problem.

 I have two sun ultra-5 that do the function of firewall of access
towards WebServers (Hight level of traffic from internet to my DMZ).
 Those Ultra-5 run with Solaris 2.6 and FW-1 4.1 SP 3 and have 1 Quad
ethernet.

 I want to migrate the OS to SUN 8 and FW-1 NG, and i´ll like, that you
were commenting to me yours experience and what do you think,that I´ll
must do. If it´ll worth goof, OR i must to change the machinne.
