additional info to Hal's statement:
use logical server

(using smtp i would always prefer static NAT ...., for mailrelays this
could work)

outgoing sessions

create n hosts (e.g mail<1> .. mail<n>
internal IP (different)
hiding nat external IP (always the same)

incoming sessions

create group <mailall>
member
mail<1>
..
mail<n>

create logical server
external IP
group mailall

Read the manual to define the logical server correctly ..
(others, balancing mode etc.)
