what version of firewall-1 4.1 or NG?

Do I need a different product to fix this problem ? I was under the assumption that Checkpoints HA solution should work all by its self. Has no one ran into the problem of the fail over server not getting past the initializing stage ? I would like to avoid buying yet another checkpoint product ...

Thanks for any advice.
