HI ! Need some advice on our Fw that seems to eb having problem with mail alerts. We had alerts working fine and sending mail alerts to our mail . We recently upgraded to SP 5 and it was still fine. We have ensured that the 'mail syntax' is correct and it does work.
we found that it look slike when there are too many alerts within a short time then it stops. {Checkpoint Support hasn't replied us yet.} we do a fwstop and fwstart and it works fine again for few days. Is this a known problem with SP 5 or just a general problem ? And has anyone found a way to tweak it if possible ? FOr certain reasons going to NG is not currently an option.
