Once you setup Hybrid IKE, your username and password is the username assigned to the Token in ACE, and your password is your PIN + token number Make sure if the token countdown is close to the end, wait for it to change numbers Scott J. Do you have to load the certificate that was created on FW-1 (management certificate) onto the PC, it does give you option of browsing for a file.
