the command in the body of the message (the subject line can be left

      UNSUBSCRIBE fw-1-mailinglist <address to unsubscribe>

To get additional help:
      INFO REFCARD

To set vacation, out of office, or away messages:
      SET FW-1-mailinglist NOMAIL

Please stop sending email to the list when you want to unsubscribe. It
makes you look like an idiot. Considering the fact that I sent "Joe" a
private email pointing out the directions on how to unsubscribe, and he
sent _another_ email to this list, I am not sure he is playing with a full
deck.

I apologize for sending this to the list. I am hoping that other people
who want to unsubscribe will actually read the directions.
