checked you gui clients ? checked your license? upgraded the gui? -----Original Message----- From: Mailing list for discussion of Firewall-1 [mailto:[email protected]]On Behalf Of Christian Koefoed Sent: 09 May 2002 11:49 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [FW-1] Feature Pack 2 policy server on IPSO (3.5 FCS6) Hi again, Thanks a lot for the answer, but I'm sorry to say that it didn't help. It seems that fw unload has been replaced with fwm unload, and you have to run it from the management station, so here's what I did: >From the management server: fwm unload 'module' Uninstalling Policy From: Module VPN-1/FireWall-1 policy successfully uninstall VPN-1/FireWall-1 policy Uninstallation complete >From the Nokia box: fw fetch 'Management server' Installing Security Policy Standard on all.all@Module Fetching Security Policy Succeeded [admin]# Local Policy is Up-To-Date. Reinstalling Local Policy Still no response from the Policy server Any other suggestions? Then push the policy from the management station or do a 'fw fetch [managmentserver]' from the firewall. The fwstart. This is a common problem after upgrading. --- Christian Koefoed <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > I cannot get the FP2 policy server working on my IP330 running IPSO ver > 3.5 > FCS6: > > Before the upgrade to FP2 the FP1 policy server was working perfectly, > but > after the upgrade i get no response from the Policy server in the > Checkpoint Status Manager - and it doesn't work! > > In voyager the "Check Point Policy Server NG Feature Pack 2" is On. > > SVN Foundation, FW-1 and VPN-1 Feature Pack 2 is working. > > Any suggestions? > > Thanks, > > Christian Koefoed > __________________ > TK Development > Email: [email protected] > > ================================================= > To set vacation, Out Of Office, or away messages, > send an email to [email protected] > in the BODY of the email add: > set fw-1-mailinglist nomail > ================================================= > To unsubscribe from this mailing list, > please see the instructions at > http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html > ================================================= > If you have any questions on how to change your > subscription options, email > [email protected] > ================================================= ===== -- Derek C.
