I have never done this setup with an NT box, but from a routing standpoint
there would be no problem if, as I think you stated, this is your company's
public address space and not somebody else's.

>From a security standpoint, I would recommend not using those ip addresses
on the machines, but using NAT instead.  Unless there is a reason that some
or all of them must continue to have registered ip addresses on their
machines.  There is the added benefit of being able to sell the ip range if
you do not really need it.
