I've seen this after upgrading when the Desktop policy contains the default rulebase and on the 'install on' page while trying to compile the checkbox for Desktop security has been marked. Disable the checkbox or disable 'Policy Server' as a service in the corresponding Firewall object. Or set your desktop policy rulebase accordingly. Now I can get into my NG Policy Editor without problem and I can see all my objects and rules but when I try to install a new rule I get this error: Failed to generate Security Policy Script for rulebase ´/opt/CPfw1-50-01/conf/Standard.W´ Does anyone of you know about this issue???...Any kind of help will be truly appreciate...
