I had a positive experience with Telemate.net (very detailed and customizable reporting, good technical support including developers). I cannot say it was flowless but in the end I could run very good reports. At least it's better than WebTrends that is only good with graphical representation but has less details. I haven't been overly impressed with any of the above in regards to tracking SecuRemote use and was considering using a PERL solution (http://www.distributedcoalition.org/mailing_lists/dist-obj/msg01309.html). In short, what tools are FW-1 admins using to track their SecuRemote users?
